The kitchen is fitted with a range of wall and base units with contrasting worksurfaces and a one and a half bowl stainless steel sink unit. Integral appliances include electric oven and grill, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, a four-ring gas hob with extractor over, and plumbing for washing machine. There is a door leading to the rear of the home and window allows light to flood in.

Moving through the entrance hall, there are two good sized double bedrooms, one of which has fitted wardrobe with dressing table and mirror above. The master bedroom suite has a walk-in dressing area with hanging rails and shelving. The ensuite shower room comprises push button WC, hand basin in corner vanity unit and shower enclosure, while the family bathroom has a panelled bath with shower and shower screen, push button WC and sink in vanity storage unit.

Externally there is an enclosed decked area and parking space. The property benefits from gas central heating and uPVC double glazing.
