Once you've found a property you'd like to view, we'll arrange a convenient appointment and answer any questions you may have. If you decide to apply, we'll guide you through the referencing process, explain the tenancy terms clearly and keep you updated every step of the way. From signing your tenancy agreement and protecting your deposit to handing over the keys on move-in day, we're here to ensure your experience is smooth, transparent and stress-free.
Will the property I am moving into be fully managed or let only?
This depends on the service chosen by your landlord. If the property is fully managed, RM English will be your main point of contact throughout the tenancy. We'll deal with maintenance issues, routine inspections, tenancy queries and day-to-day management on the landlord's behalf. If the property is offered on a let only basis, we'll manage the tenancy setup and move-in process, after which your landlord will become your primary contact for ongoing management, maintenance and tenancy matters. We'll always make it clear before you move in who you'll be dealing with during your tenancy.
